New Limitless: the life-long journey back home

New Limitless: the life-long journey back home
Our new Limitless pieces reflect the value of home and are designed to invoke a sense of connection, belonging and pride in our provenance, our whakapapa. To draw upon the threads of our identity, weaving a tapestry that reflects our places of origin, our kin and kith and evokes the sense of ease, familiarity, safety and strength we feel when we return to the sanctuary of home.

At the base of lofty mountains, gazing upon their wind blown peaks, our eyes follow the gradient towards the depths of the valley, wading in the waters of home, it is here we find ourselves again.

We recover and rediscover, we reaffirm our truths, we find our feet beneath us and the courage and fortitude to endure and endeavour. This offering is a Limitless tribute to the curious, explorers at heart and our life-long journey of coming home.

Ngā tohu o te tuakiri

Recognising the significance of our places of identity, and the value of connection and belonging

Whakapapa (a recount of genealogy) expresses our relationship with the people and places to whom we belong. Derived from atua (divine beings reflected within our natural environment), our ancestral history, and past events and experiences over generations, our inherent connection to our special place in the world is continually affirmed and deepened.

Seeking a deeper understanding of our places of identity reinforces the value of community, strengthening our bonds by similar locality, culture, language, kinship and experiences: the very foundation that forms our sense of who we are helps us to determine how we engage with and experience the world.

A strong sense of identity also helps us to communicate effectively, establish healthy boundaries, and engage in authentic, fulfilling interactions. When we understand where we come from, we can understand our place in the world.

The threads of our identity and the life-long journey back home are woven into three new Limitless designs, coming soon.
